By purchasing an image, you agree not to share, gift, resell or claim it as your work. You also agree not to upload the file to any sharing site. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of service, with no refunds being issued.

 

2. Prewritten Blog Articles & Email Drips

Prewritten blog articles and email drips purchased from us come with Private Label Rights, which allow you to edit them as needed for your company’s purposes; however, selling them as-is is prohibited. You agree not to share, gift, resell or claim them as your work in any manner whatsoever without written permission from LuvenSmilezPBC. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of service, with no refunds being issued.

 

3. Ebooks

Prewritten ebooks purchased from us come with Private Label Rights allowing you to edit them as needed; they can be resold for consumers and claimed entirely as your written work without prior permission from LuvenSmilezPBC.

 

4. Business Plan Templates

LuvenSmilezPBC provides business plan templates for purchase, which are meant to be used as a foundation for clients to construct their business plans. The templates are under strict copyright and cannot be sold, shared, or distributed without prior permission from LuvenSmilezPBC. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of service, with no refunds being allowed. Additionally, any attempts to re-sell the template are not permitted and will constitute a breach of the agreement.

 

5. Disclaimer & Limitation Of Liability

The materials provided by LuvenSmilezPBC are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or arising out standard course dealing trade usage other than those warranties which are implied by law applicable statutes only if required by statute cannot be excluded restricted modified waived disclaimed by agreement between parties herein referred to collectively “Limitation”. In no event shall LuvenSmilezPBC be liable for damages (including consequential, indirect special exemplary, punitive damages) howsoever caused whether such liabilities arise under contract tort law strict liability product liability theory negligence otherwise even if advised possibility damages excepting only where death serious injury occur due sole gross negligence luvensmilezpbc its officer's employees agents servants representatives successors assigns subcontractors suppliers affiliates contractors licensors, etc. collectively referred herein “Affiliates” hereby jointly severally disclaim all liability same. At LuvenSmilez PBC, we offer digital downloads to our customers, allowing them to access their purchases instantly.

 

Customers who purchase a digital download will receive an email with the download link(s) within a few minutes. The email will be sent to the account associated with the purchase. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your download within this time frame. All downloads can also be found in your purchase history.

 

To ensure that customers have a pleasant experience when downloading their orders, we recommend that customers follow these steps:

1. Double-check the email address associated with their order to make sure it is correct and up-to-date;

2. Check their spam folder for any notifications from [Company] regarding the purchased product;
